Additional images added to Gallery…at last!!

Since my last news item on 8th February, fate intervened when I learnt that I had a detached retina in my left eye, which necessitated an operation at the beginning of March, at the Royal Victoria Infirmary in Newcastle upon Tyne, to reattach the retina. I’m pleased to report that this surgery was successful, and my grateful thanks go to Mr. Cottrell and his team in the Ophthalmology Dept. at the RVI. The operation and the subsequent recovery period has meant that I’ve had to put my photography ‘on hold’ for a while, although I’m now well and truly back in action!
It had been my intention to add some of my digital images to my Website Gallery a couple of months ago, but as a consequence of the above, I’ve only now got round to doing this – better late than never, as the saying goes! A total of 40 images have, however, now been added to the gallery, across all the portfolios, covering photos taken since ‘going digital’ last November, right up to this month. I hope you’ll enjoy viewing these new images, and I plan to add some further new work later in the year – so keep watching this space!
